FIRE ravaged the ground floor of a former Bradford bookies last night.
The blaze swept through the old William Hill betting shop on Town Gate, Wyke, at around 8.30pm.
Sally Evers, watch commander at Odsal fire station, said the cause of the fire was thought to be a faulty fridge freezer.
"The shop was in the middle of being renovated, but the whole of the ground floor has been badly damaged," she said.
