STAFF at the University of Bradford have been cycling and rowing from Bradford to Paris, all without leaving the university.
From Monday, the university's admissions team has been using exercise equipment on campus to cycle 482 miles and row 21 miles to cover the distance from Bradford to the French capital. Throughout the week, members of the team have been taking it in turn to do some rowing and cycling to cover the distance.
Students, colleagues and visitors to the University have passed by as the team took part in the gruelling task.
Today, to culminate the week’s activities and celebrate Comic Relief at the same time, the team will be making their faces funny for money by donning face paint and dressing as mime artists for the last leg of their "journey."
There will be homemade treats on sale to help raise money for the charity, which supports people in the UK and Africa.
They set a target of £500, and have already smashed that figure.
