TWO drivers from the Bradford district are among the top 20 highest penalty points holders in the UK, according to new figures from a road safety charity.

A Brighouse man is 11th on the list, with 30 points on his licence from a total of seven offences, which consisted of speeding in both 30mph and 50mph zones.

A Keighley woman was also found to have racked up 30 points through seven offences, five of failing to declare information as to the identity of the driver of a vehicle.
