Mums love to get a card
YORKSHIRE mums think it is more important to get a card for Mother’s Day than at Christmas or a wedding anniversary, according to research by the Royal Mail.
The OnePoll survey found that 55% of Yorkshire mums ranked Mother’s Day as the most important occasion for receiving a card, followed by, Christmas 41%, and a wedding anniversary, 28%.
A Royal Mail spokesman said: “Get your cards in the post by Friday to make sure mum feels loved on Mother’s Day.”
