Companies’ watchdog get-together
REPRESENTATIVES from water companies serving the north of England are to attend a regional water watchdog meeting on Thursday.
They will explain improvements customers can expect to see by 2020 and how this will affect their bills, at the meeting of the Consumer Council for Water.
The companies, including Yorkshire Water, will share details of schemes to support customers who are struggling to pay their bills. The meeting is at Malmaison Hotel, Piccadilly, Manchester, at 10am. To attend call 01325 728034 or email barbara.leech@ccwater.org.uk.
