Muslim war effort event
AN EXHIBITION and talk on Muslim soldiers’ efforts during the First and Second World Wars will be held in Bradford this weekend.
Military historian Jahan Mahmood will do a talk on the subject on Sunday.
It aims to challenge any questions of Muslim loyalty during the two wars.
An exhibition held at the site at the same time will feature artefacts belonging to Muslim soldiers on display.
It will be held at Mayfield Centre between 1.30-3.30pm.
