A COMMEMORATION lunch will be held by Bradford Grammar School’s Old Boys’ Association on Thursday to mark the centenary of Lieutenant Sidney Frederick Hooper’s death on March 12, 1915.
Lt Hooper, who served with The Duke of Edinburgh’s (Wiltshire Regiment), was one of 215 of the school’s former pupils killed in the First World War.
The Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Bradford will attend the lunch at the school in Keighley Road.
