KEIGHLEY people, families, community groups, schools and businesses are being issued with an ‘allotment challenge’.
They are being asked to join existing volunteers on Saturday in helping create a community allotment in Braithwaite.
People of all ages will be able to dig out a fire pit, create a cooking area, plant herbs and create individual growing vessels.
The session will run from 10am till 2pm at the allotment off North Dean Road, near the Greenfield Court car park.
Free food will be available.
