PRIVATE hire car company Uber has been granted permission to open an office in Bradford city centre.
The company, which allows users to order private hire vehicles through a smartphone app, had applied to set up a small office in Glyde House in Little Horton Lane.
A spokesman has previously told the Telegraph & Argus that the company hoped to expand into Bradford and other major UK cities.
The office will only be for two members of staff, and will mainly be used for induction sessions and administration work.
