Tong: construction of new dwelling, 12B Tong Lane.
Wibsey: development of six dwellings on plot of land at grid ref 415833 430285 with access to Rooley Lane and enclosed by Runswick Grove (N) and Hallbank Close (E), revision to approved application ref 14/03470/FUL dated October 10, 2014, showing the dwelling to plot No 4 as a mirror image to the original approved scheme, land at grid ref 415833 430285 Runswick Grove.
