Two friends have cars confiscated
TWO women friends have had their cars seized by police who found both to be uninsured after they were spotted racing around Bierley.
One vehicle was stopped on Sunday evening and the 19-year-old driver admitted she had only a provisional licence and no insurance, resulting in her car being seized.
She will also have to attend court later to answer for her behaviour.
Police traced the second driver through the car’s registration number and found that to be uninsured, so that was seized. The driver was aged 24.
