A MOTORBIKE owner has had his machine seized by police even though he denied using it in an anti-socially manner.
Officers were called to Market Street in Thornton over complaints of an off road bike being ridden up and down the street and found a man pushing a motorbike fitting the description of the offending vehicle.
He denied misusing it, but his story to officers changed several times and because of the anti-social use, officers seized it and it will be returned only if the owner can produce the correct paperwork and pays release fees.
