A WOMAN charged with burgling two elderly people is in custody.
Basia Chapman, 37, of Colyton Mount, Allerton, appeared at Bradford Crown Court yesterday before the Recorder of Bradford, Judge Roger Thomas QC.
The court heard she was charged with two offences of burglary on the same night.
Her solicitor advocate, Ashok Khular, said his client denied the offences.
The trial is due to start on May 18, with a plea and case management hearing on April 1.
Chapman was remanded in custody until then.
