AN OFFENDER has been cautioned after police discovered a small cannabis farm in Shipley.
Officers took action after visiting an address in Norwood Avenue on Monday, where they found the plants.
The occupant was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and, following a police interview, was given a caution.
Offenders have to admit guilt to be eligible for a caution, but face no further criminal action.
