ADVICE on finance, healthy food and heating is on offer to carers in Keighley.
The charity Carers’ Resource is running the nformation event for people who care for elderly, disabled or ill relatives.
Carers can learn about benefits and finances, emergency plans, carers’ assessments, the nutritional content of food and drinks, and how to reduce heating bills.
The session is at Keighley Town Hall on February 10 from 11am to 1pm including a light lunch. Meet in the One Stop Shop at 10.55am.
