SEVERAL motorists seen performing driving stunts including hand-brake turns and ‘doughnuts’ in the Keighley retail park at Hard Ings Road have been issued with police warnings.

Officers have taken action on several occasions in recent weeks to deal with drivers causing a nuisance there and have issued some drivers with Section 59 warnings, which give police the right to seize their vehicle if they are caught causing further problems in the next 12 months.
