A VIKING invaded the Bradford district – but he wasn’t in the mood for pillaging.
Wayland spent a day at Lees Primary School, near Keighley.
A school spokesman said Wayland chatted with Year 3 pupils and showed them how the Norsemen lived.
He said: “The children have been learning about the Viking way and had a fun-filled day that brought their studies to life.
“They had the opportunity to dress as warriors and learn how to fight using a spear.”
