Trial set for community centre theft
TWO women will stand trial accused of stealing money from a community centre in Shipley.
Donna Hardy and Claire Wright, both of Owlet Grange, Shipley, denied theft when they appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
They are alleged to have stolen money from Kirkgate Community Centre on November 16 last year.
Their trial, at the magistrates’ court, was set for March 13.
Both were released on conditional bail, not to enter certain areas of Shipley.
