BRADFORD could be hit by more snowfalls, with the Met Office warning that falls are expected from late evening into the early hours of Wednesday morning.
According to its latest forecast, temperatures will barely get above freezing today, with a maximum predicted of 1C with some afternoon sunshine.
But the expectation is for snow to come from around 9pm, increasing in intensity until around 3am, when it is expected to fade.
The rest of Wednesday should remain dry, but temperatures will remain around freezing, with the potential for a rise to 1C for a brief spell during mid-afternoon.
Thursday will remain cold but dry, although by Friday daytime temperatures are expected to rise significantly to a maximum of around 5C, with rain showers and sunshine through the day and more persistent rain likely later into the evening.
The weather conditions may prove a challenge for motorists.
