A SCHOOL is looking its best after commissioning a firm to make a series of hand-painted signs for its grounds.
South Craven School in Cross Hills now has four traditionally produced signs on its front gates, along with further signs on the outsides walls of its sports hall.
All the signs were made by design, print and display company Fresco, which is based in Luddenden.
Company sales manager Gareth Ott said: “We’ve had a close working relationship with South Craven School for several years and we carry out a variety of jobs for them.
“Recent work we’ve done includes a large montage inside the school.
“The traditional signs were made using aluminium trays. They were painted in green, then the lettering and school badges were hand painted by our production manager Chris Ellis.”
