A MAN has been jailed for eight months after repeatedly breaching court orders not to contact his estranged partner.
Bradford Crown Court heard yesterday that Kristian Gammell, 35, had been in a relationship with the mother of four, but a non-molestation order was made against him last September.
Prosecutor Georgina Goring said Gammell breached the order on October 13 when he went to the woman’s house in Buttershaw. Six days later he returned and put his foot in the door, and then shouted and banged on the door.
He damaged a window handle and broke the handle on the gas box. He also sent her a letter and text messages. Gammell also damaged a fire alarm at the flats where he was living in Mannville Terrace, Listerhills, Bradford. He admitted criminal damage and breaches of the non-molestation order.
