POLICE are calling for information on a robbery.
A 35-year-old man was walking in Devonshire Street, Keighley, between 9.45pm and 10.15pm on January 5, when he was approached by a man pushed him over.
There was then an altercation which resulted in the victim losing his Motorola mobile phone. The suspect picked up the phone and ran off with it.
The victim suffered a slight head injury, which required hospital treatment.
The suspect is described as Asian, of medium build and is believed to be in his 20s. He was wearing dark clothing and a hat.
Detective Inspector Richard Partis of Bradford District CID, said: “This appears to be an unprovoked attack, which resulted in the victim needing medical attention.”
“I would urge anyone with any information, or who may have seen this male acting suspiciously in the Devonshire Street area, to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
