Appeal after man has his wallet taken
POLICE are hunting a man who snatched a pensioner’s wallet during an altercationon a Bradford street.
The 66-year-old victim, was walking iin Lilycroft Road at about 5.25pm on New Year’s Day when he was approached by a man who asked him for some money. He produced his wallet, which the suspect then grabbed, before running off towards Duckworth Lane.The victim was uninjured.
The suspect is described as Asian, between 25-30 years old, about 5ft 10ins tall, and of stocky build. He was said to be wearing a black hooded top and dark clothing.
