A 46-YEAR-OLD Bradford man, accused of wounding with intent, was not produced at court because of confusion over his name.
Mohammed Fahad, of Agar Street, Girlington, was due to appear at Bradford Crown Court for a preliminary hearing yesterday, but was not produced.
Judge David Hatton QC said adjourned the case for a plea and case management hearing on March 19. A two-day trial scheduled to start on June 8.
