BRADFORD East MP David Ward visited an £8m Bradford care complex which will be a centre of excellence for dementia and residential care for older people.
Mr Ward went to the Dudley Hill site at the Gateway Care Village to see work under way. Up to 146 jobs are set to be generated from providing accommodation for more than 90 residents.
Jill Kemp, of the Gateway, said it followed years of planning and consultation with dementia experts at the University of Bradford, Stirling University, the Contented Dementia Trust and Bradford Council’s adult services team.
