PUPILS at a Bradford school have recorded a cover of a hugely popular ballad to help raise money for the victims of a horrific shooting in Pakistan.
The “3 siblings” are made up of Ayesha Hussain, 19, a Bradford University student, Shakeeb Hussain, 16, and Areeba Hussain, 15, both pupils at Carlton Bolling College in Undercliffe.
Horrified by last month’s attack at The Army Public School in Peshawar, Pakistan, which left 145 people – mostly children – dead, the musical family decided to hit the recording studio to create a fundraising single.
They chose to cover American soul singer John Legend’s 'All Of Me', and the single is now available to download on most online music stores such as iTunes and Amazon.
Costing 99p, the money raised will go towards emotional and medical support for the families of victims and survivors of the tragedy.
Ayesha had said they trio wanted the families to know they were not alone.
The youngsters will perform the song at a school assembly next month, but the song is already proving a hit with their fellow students.
