Denholme: part change of use of existing building from office space to dwellings, amendments to application 11/04710/FUL, Sun Side Farm, 31 Halifax Road. Denholme: patio and screening fence to patio and stone wall to rear boundary in relation to planning permission 09/03086/FUL dated 28.08.2009, Plot 3 former site of The Bungalow, Station Road.
