Councillor Mike Gibbons
BRADFORD’S Lord Mayor and the Bishop of Bradford will both attend a special service honouring the importance of journalism and free speech in the wake of the Paris atrocities.
Cllr Mike Gibbons and the Right Reverend Toby Howarth will be at All Saints Church, Bingley, this Thursday evening for a service of reflection organised by Rev Canon Beverley Mason.
Entitled “The Pen is Mightier than the Sword”, it will mark the loss of life in France. It is open to all and begins at 7pm. More details are available from Bingley All Saints’ website.
