Trio back in court for sentencing
THREE men accused of burglary and theft were due to appear at Bradford Crown Court today after their cases were adjourned yesterday.
Jason Innes, 25, of Roundwell Avenue, Bierley, Bradford; John Fletcher, 26, of Corban Street, Odsal, Bradford; and Jamie Scott, 26, of Stonecliffe Lawn, Leeds, were due to be sentenced yesterday, but the court heard Scott had not been arraigned.
His co-accused have already pleaded guilty to all charges. Innes and Scott were remanded in custody. Fletcher had his conditional bail extended.
