ARTIST Graeme Willson will lead a tour of his exhibition at Ilkley’s Manor House Museum next month.
On Thursday, February 5, the Ilkley-based artist will take guests to his nearby studio to see his latest work in progress and offer a guided tour of his drawings for his ecclesiastical work at St Margaret’s Church in the town.
Those on the Response to Art tour will then be invited to use the Manor House and surrounding area as inspiration to draw in their persona; sketchbooks. The tour takes place from 10.30am until 2pm.
The free exhibition runs until February 8.
His pieces cover a range of themes, principally concerned with the human face and figure, with references to architecture, landscape and natural forms. His pieces for York Minster and Leeds Corn Exchange have been well received.
