A MAN will appear in court this morning after a car crashed into the front of a house on the Buttershaw estate in Bradford.
The car was being followed by police in Little Horton Lane yesterday afternoon.
Officers then lost the vehicle and were later told it had crashed into a house.
Nobody in the property was hurt in the crash and the two people in the car suffered only minor injuries.
A 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl were initially arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and dangerous driving. The vehicle was seized and officers made sure the house was structurally sound.
The man, from Parkwood Rise in Keighley, will appear before magistrates this morning charged with dangerous driving, failure to stop for police and driving without insurance and a licence.
The girl was released without charge.
