A 27-YEAR-OLD man, who had pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm, will be sentenced at a later date so a psychiatric assessment can be made.
Bradford Crown Court heard yesterday that Lewis Watson was a patient at Lynfield Mount psychiatric hospital in Bradford at the time. His barrister, Richard Gioserano, said the probation officer was concerned there was no psychiatric assessment. Judge Peter Benson adjourned sentencing to March 6 for Watson, of Grange Avenue, Ben Rhydding, Ilkley. Watson was granted supervised bail.
