SHAHEEN Hussain has been appointed as the head of the new immigration department of a Bradford solicitor’s firm.

She will lead Applebys Solicitors’ department, offering specialist immigration services such as advising individuals on British nationality, indefinite leave to remain, fresh asylum applications and applications under the points-based system.

The University of Bradford law graduate has worked for a number of law firms including Millan Solicitors, Leeds Road, Bradford, where she specialised in immigration work.
