Rider faces prosecution
A MOPED rider is facing prosecution for failing to stop and driving without due care and attention after refusing to stop for police in Bradford.
Instead the rider turned onto a busy roundabout, travelling in the wrong direction and also failed to stop for pedestrians or a red light.
Officers traced the machine to the alleged rider’s home and although he ran off, West Yorkshire Police say he will be prosecuted.
