New homes in old school
A FORMER school and council building in Bradford is set to be demolished and turned into 30 homes after outline planning permission for the scheme was granted yesterday by the council’s Regulatory and Appeals Committee, despite a petition by local residents.
Flockton House, at the junction of Flockton Road and Brompton Avenue in Bowling, was formerly Bolling High School for Girls, and stands next door to the Grade I-listed Bolling Hall.
