A 27-YEAR-old man will face trial this month after pleading not guilty to wounding with intent.
Ziemowit Wozniak appeared at Bradford Crown Court yesterday, and was remanded in custody.
Wozniak, of St Mary’s Road, Manningham, Bradford, is accused of wounding Mark Booth with intent, on June 30 last year, in Oak Lane, Manningham. His trial is on January 28.
Wozniak’s barrister, Richard Gioserano, asked for a Polish interpreter for the trial. The defence aims to show it was in self defence and there was no kicking.
