AIR management specialist Mansfield Pollard has developed a new product designed to re-circulate the extracted air from above commercial kitchen cooking installations.

The Bradford-based manufacturer, which supplies energy efficient ventilation and sound management equipment to a global client base, has launched the new re-circulating canopy as the latest new addition to its Cantech kitchen canopy arm.

The free standing canopy, which purifies air for reuse, was specially designed for clients with restaurants within one of the world’s largest shopping centres – The Dubai Mall in the Middle East.
