A RIDING school which helps disabled Bradford children has postponed its next charity curry night as it clashes with Bradford City's FA Cup replay against Millwall.
The Throstle Nest Riding for the Disabled Group was due to hold the event at Zaara's Indian restaurant in Shipley on Wednesday, January 14. But due to the clash, organisers have rearranged the event for Wednesday, January 28, instead.
Sarah Hamilton (pictured), fundraiser for the group, said: "It makes sense to postpone the curry evening, which is one of our best fund raising events, as so many of our supporters are also enthusiastic supporters of Bradford City and will not want to miss the match!
"We hope City win and that we can enjoy a fantastic charity curry night on Wednesday, January 28."
A similar curry night was held raised more than £500 in July,
Tickets for the evening are £15 and more details are available by calling 07980 267844.
