AN APPEAL over a first floor extension and toilet facilities at 443 Tong Street, Bradford, has been successful.
Bradford Council planners originally refused the scheme in April due to concerns including the rendered finish of the side of existing extension which would be continued for the proposed first floor addition.
However, planning inspector David Fitzsimon is satisfied that as a whole, the development “would not unduly harm the character and appearance of the host property and the local area”.
