A CONSULTATION event is being held over plans for a 30-home development on green belt land in Cullingworth.
Opponents of the scheme claim it would put massive strain on the village’s infrastructure. The consultation session takes place at Cullingworth Methodist Church, in Greenside Lane, on Thursday, from 4pm to 7.30pm. Village council chairman Jacqui Guy (pictured) said: “The village plan in 2004 gave an undertaking to residents that the parish council would continue to vigorously support the restriction of development to infill and brownfield sites only.”
