THE FIRST tenants are set to move in this year to previously derelict parts of an historic Keighley mill complex.

Renovation on part of Dalton Mills is progressing well with interest shown by retailers, cafes and arts facilities. The front of the Genappe Mill area, covering 80,000sq ft of the Dalton Lane site, has been sandblasted and the roof repaired.

Owner Paul Harris  said “great strides” had been made in 2014 after the mills were hit by fire four years ago. “I’m confident that this year will be the start of a bright future for Dalton Mills,” he said.
