HOLY Family School students quizzed a film industry boss during her visit to the school.
Amanda Nevill, chief executive of the British Film Institute (pictured), told the students that she believed attitude was as important as education.
She said filmmaking had overtaken manufacturing to become the country’s third-largest industry.
School deputy head Damian Moore said: “Amanda feels that opportunity is still too concentrated in the south east. She wanted the students to realise how many people are needed to work on a movie.”
