A 32-YEAR-OLD man is to be tried at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on February 10 accused of burgling two charity boxes from the Five Rise Locks Cafe in Beck Lane, Bingley.
John Lennon, of Nightingale Street, Lawkholme, Keighley, was remanded back into custody after pleading not guilty to the alleged offence at an earlier hearing.
He will also be tried on the same date for a denied offence of breaking into H Brook DIY shop, in Lawkholme Lane, Keighley, and stealing the cash till drawer.
Both offences are said to have taken place on June 19.
Lennon will be sentenced after the trial for an admitted offence of stealing three boxes of chocolates, together valued at £13.68, from Jack Fultons shop in Low Street, Keighley, on October 12.
He made no bail application at his latest hearing.
