Police are appealing for witnesses after an elderly pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision with a car in Bradford.
The 74-year-old man was involved in a collision with a Suzuki SX4 as the car turned right into Northcote Road, Undercliffe, after waiting in the yellow box junction.
The pedestrian was crossing the road when the accident occurred, at the junction of Northcote Road and Otley Road, at about 4.35pm last Friday. He was taken to hospital for treatment to a head injury which was described as serious but not life threatening.
Anyone who saw the incident is asked to contact the Safer Roads and Neighbourhood Policing Team on 101, quoting log number 960 of January 2.
