A HAWORTH resident said remedial action earlier this year to try to deal with the volume of water flowing down two village streets has failed to resolve the problem.

Graham Smith, who lives in Sun Street, said huge amounts of water are continuing to cascade down Cold Street and Sun Street during periods of heavy rain. “This is a vast amount of water, it’s cascading not trickling,” he said.

A Bradford council spokesman said it had not been informed the problem was continuing, adding it would work to resolve the issue.
