POLICE have warned householders following a spate of flat burglaries in the Bingley area.

Officers say the break-ins have happened in the last couple of weeks, with offenders using similar tactics. Flats have been accessed through windows which have been left unlocked.

Most of the flats targeted have been adjacent to Myrtle Park and the canal.

Suspected offenders have been arrested since the burglaries and they have been bailed to allow police to make further investigations regarding property stolen from the addresses involved.
