RESEARCH released today shows just under two thirds (63 per cent) of people in Yorkshire and Humberside are planning to make New Year resolutions.
However the study also reveals that over a third will break their resolution by the end of January, although eight per cent say they never break their New Year resolutions.
Yorkshire and Humberside tops the list of areas where people plan to eat more healthily at 36 per cent – compared to 31 per cent nationally – but boasts the smallest number of people planning to stop or lower their alcoholic intake in the year ahead at six per cent, against a national figure of 11 per cent. The survey was undertaken by YouGov for LowLow frozen ready meals.
