The Focus on Food Cooking Bus
A STATE of the art ‘cooking bus’ will be stopping at a Bradford school early next year as part of a drive to increase school meals numbers.
On January 19, Dixons Allerton Academy will be the first school in the country to welcome the specially designed Focus on Food Cooking Bus, which will offer cookery sessions for pupils, teaching staff, caterers and school cooks over four days.
The sessions are just one part of an initiative to increase take-up of school meals.
