Further tests, which may take weeks, are to be carried out to ascertain the cause of death of a three-month-old baby girl in Bradford.
A post-mortem examination into how the tot died has proved to be inconclusive, though West Yorkshire Police are not treating the death as suspicious.
Police were alerted after paramedics attended the report of a child in cardiac arrest at an address in Great Horton, Bradford, on Monday afternoon. The baby was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary but died shortly after arrival at the hospital.
Detective Chief Inspector Mark McManus, of West Yorkshire Police's Protective Services (Crime) department, said: "A post mortem was carried out on Tuesday regarding the death of this baby girl. The cause of death was unascertained and we are awaiting the results of further tests.
"We are continuing to treat the death as not suspicious at this stage."
