AN APPEAL over plans for a two-storey extension to the side and rear of a property in Bradford has been successful. The scheme at 24 Warley Drive, Thornbury, was turned down by Bradford Council planners in September. But the planning inspectorate has granted permission on appeal.
They did not believe the proposal would be detrimental to the visual amenity, given a similar scheme had been approved at the neighbouring property.
